Who we are and what this policy covers
Caliber Cerritos Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Cerritos, CA. This policy explains what we learn about you when you use this website, call us or send us a request, and what we do with it.
It covers everything on our site, from the home page to our service and city pages, along with the calls, texts and emails that come from it. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has that.
What information we collect
Most of what we know about you comes from what you tell us, usually when you ask for an estimate. That can include the following.
Your name, phone number and email address, so we can reach you about your job.
Your address or the city your house is in, so we know where the work is and whether we cover it.
What you tell us about your house, like a hot upstairs, a drafty room over the garage, the age of the house or what's already in the attic, so we can show up ready.
Photos you choose to send us of your attic, crawl space or walls.
Our contact form is run by an outside form provider, so what you type into it is stored on their system and passed to us. If you call or text us instead, we keep a note of the call and what you asked about.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit, the same way most websites do. That includes your device and browser type, the pages you looked at, how long you stayed, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your internet address. We don't use it to work out who you are.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files your browser saves so a site can remember you between visits. We use them, along with analytics tools, to see which pages people read and where they leave, so we can make the site easier to use.
You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time. The site will still work, though some features like form autofill may not remember you.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your questions, set up an estimate, schedule and do the work, send invoices and follow up after the job. We may also call or email you about a job you've asked about or one we've already done.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share it only with the people and services that help us run the business, like our form provider, website host, phone and email services and payment processor, and only as much as they need to do that work. We'll also share information if the law requires it or to protect our crew, our customers or the business.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to do your job, stand behind our work and keep the records a business is required to keep for taxes and accounting. If you asked for an estimate and never hired us, we don't hold onto your details longer than we have a reason to.
When we no longer need something, we delete it or strip out anything that points back to you.
Your choices and your rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. California law gives California residents rights like these, and we'll honor the same requests from anyone who asks.
You can also tell us to stop contacting you about anything other than an open job, and we'll take you off our list. We won't treat you differently or charge you more for making any of these requests.
Before we hand over or delete records, we may ask you to confirm who you are, so your information doesn't go to the wrong person. Some records, like invoices, we may have to keep for a while even after you ask, and we'll tell you if that's the case.
Children and outside links
This site is for homeowners and property owners, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us something, tell us and we'll delete it.
Some pages link to other sites, like a city permit office or a product maker. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we don't control what they collect.
How to raise a privacy concern
If you have a question about this policy or want to make one of the requests above, call us at (562) 307-9067 or reach us through our contact page. We take calls Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 11 PM and on weekends from 7 AM to 11 PM.
Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you, and we'll reply within one business day.
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page. This policy was last updated in November 2026.
